HTC One S es el modelo intermedio de esta serie, difiere del HTC One X en que incorpora un chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon con procesador de doble núcleo a 1.5 GHz, y una pantalla de 4.3 pulgadas, con resolución a 540 x 480 pixels
Destaca en todos los modelos de la serie la plataforma Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich, la presencia de Image Sense, un chip dedicado al procesamiento de imágenes, y Beat Audio, una función standard de audio que incluso podrán integrar terceros.
