Motorola Photon 4G es una variante de Motorola Atrix 4G para Sprint, para redes CDMA, pero también viene equipado para redes GSM WCDMA, con lo que podrá ser utilizado en otras redes, muy útil en desplazamientos a países donde no haya CDMA.
Lleva instalado Android 2.3 Gingerbread, con chipset NVIDIA Tegra 2 con procesador de doble núcleo a 1 GHz. Con una pantalla táctil capacitiva de 4.3 pulgadas. Cámara de 8 megapixels con flash dual LED, grabación y reproducción de vídeo en alta definición. Conectividad Bluetooth, USB, HDMI, Wi-Fi, para redes CDMA / GSM / UMTS / WiMAX. Batería de 1700 mAh de hasta 10 horas en conversación, y las habituales aplicaciones Google y de gestión personal.
