HTC HD7S es la renovación de HTC HD7 inicialmente para AT&T y equipado con una versión renovada de Windows Phone 7, ya con soporte para copiar y pegar.
No hay nada que destacar en su hardware, la misma pantalla multitáctil capacitiva de 4.3 pulgadas WVGA con 480 x 800 pixels que ya de por si es el máximo en smartphones hasta el momento. Procesador de un solo núcleo a 1 GHz, cámara de 5 megapíxeles y grabación de video a 720p HD, radio FM stereo, conectividad Bluetooth, USB, Audio jack de 3.5 mm, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, y las habituales aplicaciones de gestión personal para Windows Phone 7
