HP iPAQ Glisten

HP iPAQ Glisten, al estilo BlackBerry, ya saliendo de lo que conocíamos por iPAQ y acercándose a los smatphones, aunque solo fuera táctil con un lápiz, pero parece que ahora ya solo interesa lo que era de Palm, es de suponer que para eso lo adquirieron, borrón y cuenta nueva...

Fue lanzado en 2009, y aunque este artículo esta basado en el de AT&T, es aplicable al de otras latitudes.

HP Pre 3

HP Pre 3, con este se completa el trio de lo que fue presentado en el MWC2011 de Palm por parte de HP, se distingue del HP Veer porque es mas grande, con una pantalla de 3.58 pulgadas frente a la de HP Veer de 2.6 pulgadas y procesador mas potente de 1400 MHz. 

Hay la versión USA para redes CDMA, y la versión GSM / UMTS, pero no ha sido lanzado pese a haber sido anunciado en febrero su lanzamiento para el primer semestre de este año, así que lleva retraso, hasta que no se anuncie su salida definitiva, todo es provisional, puede haber cambios.

HP Veer (HP Veer 4G)

HP Veer, como vimos en otro artículo, también fue presentado en el Mobile World Congress que se celebró en Barcelona el pasado mes de febrero. De momento ha sido lanzado en Estados Unidos para AT&T, el HP Veer 4G, y teniendo en cuenta que hay pocos modelos de Palm en España, tenemos pocas posibilidades de que lo veamos en España.

Un modelo sencillo, pequeño, pero potente, con sistema operativo HP WebOS, para redes 2G, 3G y 4G para USA, esperemos no estar ya mucho tiempo en tener nosotros también las redes 4G, se esta cociendo, pero no llegan. Con pantalla de 2.6 pulgadas, cámara de 5 megapíxels con grabación y reproducción de vídeo, conectividad Bluetooth, USB, Wi-Fi, el conector de audio no es el standard de 3.5 mm, pero lo acompaña un adaptador. Procesador de 800 MHz, memoria interna de 8GB, no tiene slot de expansión microSD, mas las habituales aplicaciones de gestión personal.
